About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

amsterdam shanghai bangkok

I am travelling from Amsterdam, The Netherlands (with short stop in Zwitserland) to Shanghai with Swiss Air. I am arriving on the 11th of september and leaving on the 14th of september. I am then travelling to Bangkok with Shanghai Airlines. I think this should be enough for travelling without a visa but I am not sure?
