on aug 28 arriving in shanghai from mexico via aeromexico. nationality from netherlands will be flying back to manila in the afternoon via Phil. airlines aug 29 from shanghai, and the russian national flying from shanghai to vladivostok also on aug. 29 via asiana airlines. Can they go out of shanghai airport and stay in a hotel in shanghai for the night and enter again for their respective flights the following day?

If the trip would be mexico or russia-shanghai-manila, and if the layover in Shanghai is over 24 hours, they could get 144 h twov in Shanghai, and they can leave the airport.
