About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit visa 72 hr

Am I allowed to fly from Thailand- chengdu- Thailand? I have visa for Thailand. Or must I fly to Thailand via another country? If so can I fly via Hong Kong or Macau?

You cannot fly straight back to the country you arrived from unless you have a Chinese visa. But, for example, Thailand-Hong Kong-Chengdu-Thailand is eligible for transit without visa.
