About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Non Rev Travel

Looking to travel non rev from Detroit to Beijing. Total time in Beijing would be about 36 hours. Was hoping to just visit the Great Wall from Beijing airport, and then return. Leaving back to Detroit the next day. Does that require a Visa?

Yes, it requires a visa. Stand-by is not allowed, and you’re not in transit.
