Transfer in Beijing Amsterdam - Taiwan - Beijing - Amsterdam.

Can I stay 2 days in Beijing after staying a day in Taiwan?

yes Taiwan is considered a different country/region from Mainland China. Taiwan > Beijing > Amsterdam. Though make sure flight Beijing to Amsterdam does not stop in Taiwan on the way back and that Beijing is the only Chinese city.
