About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Just transited third county at air port when I come back home

Is it possible to get 144 hour free transit in my case?
I will just 3 days in Shanghai and when I come back home, I just transit my flight at 3rd country.
my e-ticket for return indicated 3rd country and my home at same date on one sheet.

If your trip would be South Korea-Shanghai-Tokyo, you are not able to use the free transit in Shanghai.

If your ticket is Korea-Shanghai-Japan-Korea, then yes, you qualify for the transit visa on arrival. Only the Korea-Shanghai-Japan flights are what the Chinese immigration officer wants. The actual flight to China and the actual flight from China. Only those. It is OK if your Japan time is only transit.
