About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Weather prevents ship docking in Shanghai

What happens if our first port of call is SH and we are unable to dock due to poor weather conditions. Does the visa still apply if our next port of call is Tianjin for Beijing?
