About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Exceeding the visa duration

I will be spending roughly a month in China as a summer school participant. I have a F type and its duration is 30 days. I will enter china on 20th July at 2 am and will leave it on 21th August at 1 am. Do I have to register in PSB for extension of my F?

Hi, maybe you need to apply for the extension for that. You can contact the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to confirm that in advance.
