Travelling 144 hours policy

Hi,
I am flying in to Shanghai, staying for three days, then flying out to Japan. Afterwards, I am flying back to Shanghai for 1 day then departing to go home.
Am I qualified under the 144 hours policy?

Yes, you qualify for the free transit policy in Shanghai in both ways. No visa will be needed. Nice trip.
