Visa for Australian going to Shanghai on 13 July arriving 12.15 and leaving on the 15th

I am an Australian with permanent Japanese residency going to Shou Kou near Shanghai with friends (Japanese and one Chinese). We did not think I needed entry permit. Can I get one on time?
I can come tomorrow Friday at 5.00 pm or anytime on Tuesday the 10th. (I assume you are closed on the weekend?)

Joanna, if you would travel like Japan-Shanghai-Japan, you cannot enjoy free transit policy. You need to apply for a visa for the trip.
