What's the easiest or most convenient mode of transportation from PEK to Hengshui city? If by taxi or hired car, about how much will it cost per car late afternoon? Thank you.

That's a long distance and it's hard to find a car to take you there directly, so you are suggested to take a train.First, take the shuttle bus Line 3 at the airport and then get off at Beijing station. The departure time is from 7:00 to 24:00 and the interval is no more than 30 minutes. A single ride fare is CNY 16 per person.Then, take the train to Hengshui. There are some normal speed trains from Beijing Station to Hengshui. The duration is about 2.5 – 5.5 hours and the cost on hard seat is CNY 43.5.
