About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying Through Beijing. Would it be possible for me to get the 72 hour Free Transit?

I'm going from "New York City-> Beijing-> Ulaanbaartar." I'll be in Beijing for an 19 hour lay over and don't want to spend 140$ for a tourist visa.

You can enjoy 24h twov in Beijing. No need to apply for a visa for that. Nice trip.
