About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I am flying to Shanghai on 20/8/2018 then having 4 nights in SH.

Then we board the Majestic Princess at Wunsonghon cruise centre. for a return trip to Sydney terminating there.
Will I be eligible for a 144 hour fee visa to China?

No, this is a transit visa, so you will not be eligible for that.
