144h free transit to Shanghai

Hi, I'm planning on doing a trip from Barcelona to Hong Kong and then using the 144h transit to visit Shanghai.
Could you tell me whether one of these three routes would allow me to benefit from the visa free entry .

Route 1: Barcelona -> HK -> Shanghai -> HK -> Barcelona . (Same carrier: Cathay)
Route 2: Barcelona -> HK -> Shanghai -> Abu Dhabi -> Barcelona (Cathay & Emirates)
Route 3: Barcelona -> HK -> Shanghai -> London/Paris (Cathay & BA/air France)
