144h free transit Beijing

Hi, I'm French doing the transsiberian railway. I have my train from Ulaan-Baator (Mongolia) to Beijing KJD railway station (not Beijing west station) on 22/06 at 7:30 arriving at Beijing 23/06 at 13:30. Then, I have my flight to Myanmar from Beijing international airport on 29/06 at 8:30 (the flight has a transfer at Guangzhou airport).
Am I eligible for the 144h free transit? Thank you
