About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Would it be possible to use the 144h visa-free in Beijing in the next itinerary:

Macau - BJ - Hong Kong
or viceversa,
Hong Kong- BJ - Macau ?
