Hi, if you have overstayed in mainland China, you should report your situation to the local police station, and then pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000, and accept other penalties. Afterwards, you can apply for an exit pass to leave China. Or you can inquire the officers that if there is any way for you to stay in China after paying the fine. Good luck!
