About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi. We are travelling on Australian passports visiting Hong Kong then cruising via Japan to Tianjin.

We are looking to leave via Beijing Int Airport. Do we require a visa? Would like to stay for 2 nights but would this change our visa requirements.

No, the visa is not required. You are eligible for the 144-hour free transit in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei.
