Hello, I am now cancelling my Chinese passport, obtaining an Antigua passport, and applying for a permanent visa to stay in Vanuatu. My question is: Can I now apply for entry permit to China in Vanuatu with my Antigua passport? ?

Hi, personally I think you can apply for a Chinese visa by using the valid Antigua passport. You can have a try.
