About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei

I am travelling Canada - Korea - Beijing - Korea - Canada

Do I qualify for this 144 hour Visa?

There is no 144 hour visa. There is only 144 hour transit without visa, but you obviously don’t qualify for that because you’re not in transit. You need a visa in advance or different flights.
