About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travelling from Mexico - Transit in China

I am travelling from Guadalajara, Mexico. I am an Indian citizen and travelling to India. I have a stopover in Beijing for 26 hours. Airlines has booked hotel for me in Beijing which is almost 10 kilometers from the airport. Do I need to take any type of transit visa in Beijing for going out of the airport

Hi, as your layover time in Beijing is over 24 hours, you cannot enjoy 24 hr direct transit in China. You should apply for a transit G type for the trip beforehand.
