About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Pakistan passport holder Travelling from Dubai Transit from Chengdu Airport towards Australia

Could you please assist do I need to have a Transit visa for my flight transit from Chengdu airport (Chengdu Tianfu International Airport T1), please assist if I needed to have visa and could you please share the link where to apply transit visa for the same.

Abbasi, your itinerary is eligible for 24 hour visa free transit under the condition that your layover time in Chengdu does not exceeds 24 hours. So, if your layover is shorter than 24 hours, you will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa. In reality, if you travel on a single ticket, you do not need to perform any formality nor will you fill out any forms. You will just walk from one to the other gate and you will not be a subject of immigration and customs inspections. You will just encounter a security check between the two gates.
