Amsterdam - Dubai - Hong Kong - Sydney - Auckland - Beijing - Dubai - Amsterdam

Hi! I'm planning to fly from Auckland on the 17th of December to Beijing and then return to Amsterdam. I will arrive in Beijing on the 17th of December and leave Beijing on the 22th of December. Can I apply for the 144 hour free transit in Beijing (also with visiting Hong Kong in October for a few days in mind)?
