Can we just visit to see the pandas in Chengdu Dujiangyan Panda Base?

I would like to see the pandas but not interested in holding them or taking photo. Just to observe them and pay fee for centre entrance. Or is it only for people with reservations to hold pandas & take photos, volunteer?
