how can i get chinese s2 visa on indian passport in vietnam in october 2018?

I am travelling to Vietnam on 29th September to October 2nd. I want to get Chinese S2 since I am visiting my husband thereafter. Please suggest

You need to provide passport and the copy, a passport-style photo, a completed application form, valid visa or residence permit in Vietnam, an invitation letter from your husband and copy of his passport and Chinese residence permit, as well as your marriage certificate. And then go to the China embassy to apply for the S type.
