About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Hong Kong Visa. How long in advance I can apply for the visa before my trip?

I am Vietnamese who holding US permanent resident card. I live in New York City.
I had to send all the document to HongKong back in 2014. Can I apply for a Hong Kong visa in New York Chinese Consulate in person now?

It's possible for you to apply for a Hong Kong visa in New York Chinese Consulate. One can make the application 3 months prior to his/her trip, but usually, one is advised to apply one month prior to the trip.
