About:Visa on Arrival

I have an Indian Passport, can i get VOA at Shenzhen if coming from HK by train?

Or do i need to speak to a travel agent for a group tour, and then have him pick me up at the entry port?

Sorry to tell you that you can’t get the VOA and you need to apply for a visa. Of course, you can also ask a travel agent to apply for a visa for you.
