inquiry about residence permit

I am ali from pakistan .I went to China for study .I fell ill and returned to Pakistan to get medical treatment .during my stay I shook hand with the Chinese girls and Chinese police had cancelled my residence permit .now I have recovered from illness. And want to go China again for study.how can I know that there is no police case registered against me while I am in Pakistan?
