About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hong Kong > Beijing > Moscow > Berlin

Hi, I am flying from Hong Kong to BJ, will stay there for four days and then fly to Germany (my passport country) with a layover in Russia.

Is there any fee required for the application for the 144-hours transit?
Are any special documents needed (like copy of hotel/hostel reservation)?

No fee is charged, and you need to take your passport and flight tickets.
