About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hong Kong - Beijing - Tokyo

Hi, does anyone know if I am eligible for the transit without visa if I fly to BJ from Hong Kong and then onto Tokyo from BJ?
