Pass for 3 weeks valid for buses subway and also gets receipt for expense

I am on a business trip in Shanghai and want to take a pass that is valid for trains and buses. Also I need some receipt for the amount loaded on the card or the amount spent from the card so that I can claim reimbursement. I used the single journey card which is not retained with the traveller so I cannot claim it.
