About:Shanghai Metro Ticket

Shanghai Pass

I thing to use Shanghai Pass during my trip in Shanghai.
Could please tell me:
1) If I could use it, in Hangzhou and Suzhou bus , metro.
2) If I could buy train ticket at the Shanghai or Hangzhou, train station.
3) Where in Shanghai or Hangzhou, may I refund in cash the remaining balance(>20RMB) .

Do you mean Shanghai day passes or normal Shanghai Transportation Card?
1. Sorry, you can only use it in Shanghai if there isn't China T-Union on it.
2. You can buy train tickets in train stations in Shanghai or Hangzhou.
3. If you hold a transportation card, you can get your refund in cash at the service centers of popular metro stations like People's Square, Xujiahui, Shanghai Railway Station, Zhongshan Park, Jing'an Temple, Hongqiao Railway Station ...
