About:How to Travel from Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou

Do I need to pass through the immigration if I want to take bus from HKIA to Guangzhou?

And how long waiting time is allowed by the bus operator, for foreign passport holder to go through the immigration in Guangzhou?

Yes, you need to accept border checks. And the bus goes when all passengers finish the checks, so no worry.
