About:How to Travel from Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou

Do I need to pass through the immigration if I want to take bus from HKIA to Guangzhou?

And how long waiting time is allowed by the bus operator, for foreign passport holder to go through the immigration in Guangzhou?
