Can I take the transit visa twice in a same month?

Hello,

I'm travelling Mexico - PEK - Kuala Lumpur with a 12 hours layover in Beijing
then Sinapore - PEK - Mexico with a 5 days stay in Beijing

Is this allowed? also I'm using different airlines is this relevant?
