I will be arriving from Amsterdam and need to change onto a domestic flight to Hohhot.

Stop at Beijing Capital Airport.
how long will I need for the transfer time?

Is there any day time rest room accommodation at Beijing airport as I will be arriving 06-50 from Amsterdam and my domestic flight is not until 16-25, I would prefer to sleep in safety rather than on a bench keeping one eye on my bags, also can I get a pay as you go sim card for my UK mobile phone.
