US CITIZEN CHINESE VISA AT TOKIO

hello, I am traveling to Japan for few days as tourist and I would like to go to China for a week or so, could apply for a visa in Tokio? Cost? was the fastest service? Thank in advance for your cooperation.

Hi, it's possible for you to apply for a visa in Tokyo. You should pay JPY29800 per person for 2-day processing rush service.
