VOA for South African Passport Holders (Shenzhen)

I have a South African Passport and have been issued a Chinese visa before. Is it possible for me to get a VOA for entry into SZ? Many thanks ...

You are likely to get one. However, it is not very sure, because the policy changes a lot and you are still possibly denied.
