transit china 144 hour visas

Arriving from LHR Uk , Can one get a 144 hour visa at PVG airport and depart via Shenzhen to TPE Taiwan ? Or arrive at Shenzhen and depart Shanghai PVG to TPE?

No, you can’t get the 144h TWOV in either of the cases. The policy only allows one domestic in China. But if your total layover duration is within 24h, you can apply for the 24h TWOV. If long, you have to apply for a Chinese visa before your travel.
