Can I get a Guangzhou 72 hours transit visa in Hong Kong

A transit visa is valid for 24h hours not 72h.
But as a german you´re eligible for the 24h direct transit and you don´t have to apply for a transit visa.
Or do you mean the 72h twov in Guangzhou?
If so, you have to fly into Guangzhou to get it, not in Hong Kong.
It´s not a visa, it´s a visa free transit and you can stay up to 3 days in Guangdong Province.
