Flying from Osaka to Hong Kong. Stay for 4 days then back to the US

If I fly to Hong Kong from Osaka and stay there for 4 days, then fly back to the US and have a connection at Narita Airport in Japan. Do I need to get a visa for Hong Kong? Thanks.
