Hong Kong and China Visa from Australia

We are travelling to HK from Australia and boarding a ship to Singapore, travelling from Singapore to Beijing then back to HK.

Will the entry permit for China cover HK as well or does HK require a separate one?

Thank you

Lyn, you cannot use Chinese mainland visa to enter HK. But if you have Australia, you can enjoy free entry to HK, and no visa is required.
