Hey am Ugandan in Dubai. Wanted to go to China for further education. I did Interpol whn I was coming here. Do I need to do another one?Wanted to switch from here to China without going back to Uganda.Thank u

Hi, if you go to China for sightseeing purpose, you can try to apply for a Chines tourist L type from the China embassy or the consulate in Dubai. If it can be done, there is no need for you to go back to Uganda.
