About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

I am Ugandan in dubai. I want to go to China for studies.

Hey am Ugandan in Dubai. Wanted to go to China for further education. I did Interpol whn I was coming here. Do I need to do another one?
Wanted to switch from here to China without going back to Uganda.

Hi, if you go to China for sightseeing purpose, you can try to apply for a Chines tourist L type from the China embassy or the consulate in Dubai. If it can be done, there is no need for you to go back to Uganda.
