About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24-hour or 72-hour direct transit policy for Ugandan Passport holder

I hold a Ugandan passport and will be flying form Spain to Melbourne. I have a 15 hour layover in Shanghai. Can I take advantage of the 24- hour or 72-hour direct transit policy?
