Flying to Shanghai and then cruising to Tokyo

I am flying to Shanghai, staying in Shanghai for 3 nights and then cruising to Japan. The cruise ship stops first in Seoul,South Korea and then goes to Tianjin & Beijing (in port for 2 nights) then to Kobe, Shimizu and then Tokyo. Can I do this trip with Transit free Visas. Thank you.
