About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

24 Visa Exemption

Hi, I'm an American citizen flying to Bangkok with a 19 hour layover in Beijing on Air China with a connection leaving to Thailand also from the same airport. On the return leg, I will have a 21 hour layover in Beijing with a connection heading to New York.

Do I need a travel entry permit or can I apply for exemption in the airport?
