Sir i have japan valid visit visa. I need Hong Kong transit visa

My travel date is 11 March 2018 and I travel with Cathay Pacific . So I have 4 hours stay in Hong Kong In air port . My return date is 19 March 2018 .this i have 12 hours stay. Should I need Hong Kong transit entry permit. I am Pakistan National.
