About:China Transit Visa

144 hr transit without visa

My trip is Sydney-Shanghai-Osaka
I will be in Shanghai for 6 days. I have an onward ticket for Osaka - do I need to have an actual seat number for my flight to Osaka or is an onward ticket sufficient proof as I won't be allocated a seat number until I check in for my flight to Osaka.
Thank you

You don't need a seat number, just your ticket number will do.
