I travel to Shanghai from the US and then on to Hong Kong.My Return flight leaves from Hong Kong, but there is a layover in shanghai for a couple of hours and then I fly on to the Us from there - will this be a problem for the transit visa?

Sorry I don’t think I made it clearOn the way from the US I will be stopping in Shanghai for 5 days and want to get the 144 hr free transit - after 5 days I then fly to Hong KongMy return flight leaves Hong Kong with a layover in Shanghai - so just checking the 144hr free transit is still ok
