About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We have Bangladesh passport. We have 7 hours transit or layover at Guangzhou airport .

We need to go and stay at Pullman Hotel in front of 12 no gate on the airport. Will we given 24 hours transit visa to go out of the airport for stay in 7 hours in hotel?

Please help me.

AFAIK that hotel is outside the sterile transit area so you need a transit visa prior to arrival. Otherwise you will be stopped at immigration.

What about getting 24 hours transit visa at the airport? They dont issue 24 hours direct transit at airport for going to hotel?

Your nationality prevents you from getting an entry permit, which is now only issued to citizens of the 53 countries with layovers longer than 8 hours.

But could you please see the information at this website, it says that the people from most of the countries can get 24 hours transit visa at the airport. And it excludes some countries like Pakistan, Sri lanka, Afhanistan and .......but it does not bare Bangladesh for 24 hours permit.

Is there anyway to submit application fir getting 24 hr transit vusa instantly at the airport? We have reciept of full payment for the hotel of Pullman reservation.

The rule has been changed and if you don't get a visa, you won't be allowed to leave the airport, period. If you don't believe me you can try your luck at immigration when you get to Guangzhou. However, if they won't let you in, you will waste plenty of money for nothing.
