About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Travelling to Australia from UK

Hi, I am travelling to Melbourne Australia from London and will have a 9-hour stopover in Beijing on the outbound journey and 11 hours when returning from Melbourne. Can I use the 72-hour free transit and where would I be able to leave my luggage?

Amrit, you can use the free transit in Beijing in both directions. You can leave your luggage inside the airport which provides left luggage service.
